WHY DO I HAVE NIGHTMARES?
Daytime feel and think of everything. Sometimes you see something happening, something you are afraid and you feel anxious. Or you see something nice and you feel cheerful. Since you’re awake, you can handle it and are looking for reassurance example to others or are you going to do anything that belongs to your good mood. So you do something with your feelings.
At night it’s different. Also at your body works through the night and feel everything. There are also thoughts when we call dreams. Your dreams are thus a response to what your body feels. But as you sleep, you can not do with those feelings and dream so what you do or what happens to you.
If you’re tense night (tensing your muscles, your heart starts beating faster, you start sweating), then there are naturally very violent thoughts at. Those thoughts are dreams, but you can do nothing except dream about.
Things that you make during the day with, make sure you ‘re restless at night, even in your sleep. Naturally then get bad dreams, what are you restless to be. This again ensures that you get even narrower dreams.
It is very important that you before you go to sleep to relax. Ask yourself what you relax making. For some it is a glass of warm milk, a quiet music for others or a talk show on the radio. Sometimes it’s good to do a relaxation exercise.
When unwind just before you go to sleep, it is important that you realize that you can sleep. You have the right to rest, the next day is sure to arrange things, but not the night.
Perhaps there are things that you worry about the day is what is reflected in your body at night. This may be reflected in your dreams. During the day you will have the time to do something about it.
If you still have bad dreams, and it makes you wake up, you realize that your body especially that makes dreams, not your person. Your dreams say much about how stressed or how relaxed your body is.
