Feeling tired is not strange, everyone has ever dealt with. Difficult it is natural. A few simple tips you can use right away and help you hope to feel again what fitter.
Tips against tiredness
- Drink no evening drinks with caffeine or alcohol.
- Put all monitors an hour before going to bed out (ie: your TV, tablet, phone, laptop / computer)
- Eat healthy! Let sweets and snacks, choose whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits and nuts.
- Stir every day, even if you previously think you’re too tired.
