TIPS TO LET YOUR BABY WELL

Sleep, it seems so self-evident. Yet, for many babies, that is not the case. How well or how bad your baby is , each child benefits from the following basic principles.

    1. Fixed bedtime
      From a month or four in the evening, enter a fixed time when your baby goes to bed.That time should be somewhere between 18.30 and 19.30, after that it’s too late and your child gets tired of it. Babies, toddlers and toddlers do not sleep. The later they lay on bed, the more sleep they get too short. And weird, but true: an overweight child sleeps badly!
