Can my 3 year old have a sleeping pill?
I have a son of three years and he sleeps all little from birth. You might say that you do during the day should notice him, but during the day he is very active. He goes in the evening at 7 o’clock to bed and then have his lamp remain otherwise he screams all together, because he is very afraid of the dark. So I do half an hour later when he sleeps his light. Usually it is at night several times wake up crying.
It’s all very exhausting for us. Especially since it is already three years is so. Now I hear of acquaintances different opinions. Some say it’s up to his bedroom, which is very small and quite dark. Others say that it is a period that would help a sleeping pill. But may I give a little one or a sleeping pill?
