Perfect Sleep in 7 steps. It is the promising title of the book of sleeping expert and experience expert William van der Klaauw. Together with a team of sleepers, he started Sleeping Tips in 2013 and in spring 2015 they released this book (and e-course). With their so-called ‘7-step method’, they help their readers to address and resolve their sleepproblems. This method is now in a hurry and ‘conquer’ sleeplessly in the Netherlands at the rapid pace. A good reason for me to go deeper into the book and philosophy of these sleep experts.
Back to basics
The starting point of ‘Perfect Sleep in 7 Steps’ is to return to the base. Many people with sleep problems seek salvation in solutions that do not fight the real cause. For example, think about (homeopathic) remedies, herbs or worse (addictive and dangerous) sleep medication .
Yet, according to the writers of “Perfect Sleep in 7 Steps”, sleep problems in almost all cases have a disturbed balance. For example, you might think of:
– Too much stress hormone (cortisol) in the body to fall asleep
– Too high body temperature to sleep well (and deep)
– An incorrect adjustment of the biological clock . The body is simply not ready to sleep
– A developed “fear of sleeping” that needs to be taken away first.
Only by addressing these real causes can sleep problems be solved.
Building the book
The purpose of Perfect Sleep in 7 Steps is to make the difference with clear, useful and substantiated advices. This begins in the morning. What you do during daytime largely determines how well you sleep in the evening. This has everything to do with the “setting” of your biological clock, the creation of the right hormones and a natural fluctuation in your body temperature. The book is based on a broad basis – restoring trust, ensuring structure and regularity and developing a ‘sleep-giving lifestyle’ – to advice you can apply directly to sleep better.

E-Course Deeper Sleeping
When purchasing the book, readers can (temporarily) participate in the digital course ‘Dieper Slaap’ for free. The purpose of this is to spend as much sleep time as possible in sleep periods 3 and 4 (deep sleep) and REM sleep by means of simple tips and advice. Research shows that these sleep phases are by far the most important and ensure the best and fastest recovery. This will make you ‘sleep more’, wake up and get more energy. In addition, the pressure of the boiler is reduced for people with sleep problems. You learn to trust that you can also enjoy an energetic day with less sleep. Removing this tension has an indirect positive effect on the sleep quality and the time you need to fall asleep.
I am particularly concerned with the philosophy behind the book Perfect Sleep in 7 steps, back to the root and sleeping problems at the roots. A philosophy that I share with them and about which I regularly write (among others in my ebook). In addition, I strongly believe that you can ask any questions (about the book or about your own situation) directly to the sleepers of Sleepwijzer.net. It also says that they promise a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if the book fails for any reason, you will get the full purchase amount. This makes me believe that the creators of this book are convinced of the operation and you are not at risk at all. For me enough reason to advise you to give the Perfect Sleep in 7 Steps Method a chance!
