NO MORE NIGHTMARES , HOW TO PREVENT BAD DREAMS?
Three out of four people has ever experienced a nightmare. But half a million Dutch have a few times a week, a bad dream. Most of these dreams occur by chance. But nightmares can occur after someone has experienced something traumatic. This he repeatedly relives in his dreams.
