Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
Sit in a comfortable position and make sure your feet hit the ground.
Close your eyes NOT.
Concentrate on what you see. Are you aware how lively and varied all. The shapes, the colors, the movement. Become aware that you are the one who creates the world and perceive.
Focus now on an item that attracts your attention. Focus fully on that object. Every time you flagging attention, you’ll return your attention to the object.
Do this for about ten minutes and you will be aware of the feelings and sensations in and around your body. Realize that you are the creator of these feelings and sensations.
Do the same but focusing now on a sound. You can then repeat this also with smell and taste.
Now you can focus on what you feel. Are you scared, sad, happy or angry? Stay with this feeling. Let the thoughts and emotions you stand up and let them go again.
What is this technique?
By becoming more aware of yourself you discover that you are the true experience begins. You are the center of your own universe.
