1- Everyone is creative
Every day, every minute. Why? As we continue to adapt to new circumstances. That is ultimately how we survive as humanity.
“I’m a lot better than yesterday, and not nearly as good as tomorrow – Old Chinese proverb.”
At the most practical level, we often do this kind of adjustments unnoticed. We just do it. If my neighbor with his fake tattoo rottweiler meets me walking, then I really just walk across the street.
So I pass me without me by. I act unconsciously because I do not want to walk in my leg with 7 stitches. Actually, you can say that this is a creativity. And if you are busy all day to adapt to the circumstances as your day smoothly, to fine and safe manner.
Still, we think of the word creativity often performances that transcend the everyday. Performance of geniuses like Albert Einstein, Salvador Dali, Marlene Dumas or Friedrich Nietzsche.
People born with a talent to fully utilize that talent and there are plenty are doing.
Now you might think this is for you far from your bed but also show your creativity crying to get out. How?
The steps of the creative process through out seriously and diligently.
2- The creative process
- The aim set.
- Building Database.
- The cross-pollination.
1- set aim.
A clear goal and “the decision should carry out this goal. Why? I do not know about you guys but my best ideas have been torpedoed by new best ideas.
Something seems more fun, more interesting or important, but mostly because it’s so pretty easy to start something new.
It is not wrong to have or want to implement new ideas but not all at once. So take a decision. Choose the idea you want to realize the sweetest. Let’s take as an example that learning lucid dreaming is.
Remember that you throughout this article the word “lucide dreams can replace with your idea, plan, goal or decision.
Now it is important to nurture this idea. Persuasive, positive thoughts, strong emotions and above necessity. You make your idea as important to know every cell in your body: We’re lucid dreaming .
You make a plan what you have to do and how much time you pull out of it. Make clear why you want this. Ask questions like:
- What will it bring me?
- Who can I help?
- Why is it crazy to?
- What interesting people I’m going to meet this?
- How this helps me to be a happier and better person?
- Who am I if I realize my goal (make it beautiful, powerful and necessary)?
- How lucid dreams help me fulfill my life mission?
Your goal is getting more life and in the next phase is still stronger. Here in preparing you throw yourself wholeheartedly into anything because you can find out about your goal.
2- Build up the database
In this phase, you collect all the knowledge and information about lucid dreams is available. You experiment on some issues. And shall always ask yourself if:
- What do I want?
- What do I need?
- Who can I learn?
- Who is the expert in this field?
- At what level should I start?
- What I already know?
- What I can use my current knowledge?
This phase consists of a lot of reading about lucid dreaming, meetings to attend and follow courses, the Internet scour in search of tips and techniques, visit online forums, contact with other lucid dreamers , good observing, listening attentively, comparing information and so on by.
You find no purpose: You want to learn everything, and know more about lucid dreaming or whatever other goal you have.
At the end of this phase, says the creative spirit to himself: “Okay, now I’m doing just nothing. I rest all equally. I stop gathering information and let everything I learned and have read and act upon me. That is the beginning of the cross-pollination.
3- The cross-pollination
Creative minds start thinking now, focus, meditate , study modeling in their spirit and context. They unconsciously connect the new information with their hidden wisdom . Connecting to the three types of knowledge in you:
- That which you know you know it.
- That which you do not remember that you know
- That you do not know
The egg is approaching and have yet to be laid only. The next stage is to do, take the time. Now the creative mind stops working actively to the goal.
She is confident that she has done anything about it and that they have enough knowledge to achieve its goal. She surrenders to know inwardly that when the time comes, comes up with an answer.
Like the Beatles already sang: “Let it be.
The creation of 4-
Then the egg is laid. If you have studied enough, appropriate aspects have analyzed the problem and fed the proper psychological feelings and then trust that what you want will come, then there is this cross-fertilization a new creation forth. A eureka moment. Lighting that creates: Yes.
In the case of lucid dreaming this waking up in a dream. Each object has its own eureka moment. Do you want a book to write? Then the eureka moment probably the time you realize what your book is about. Often far more seems like you finally know where things are not going on. What can you let go, you can leave behind.
Before the egg is a chicken or a rooster, it will take a while. One way associated with resistance and setbacks but especially with peak moments and victories over yourself. The reason why you continue, it is because you prepare well and know why you want it.
3- A creative wonderkind
Sometimes geniuses through these steps unconsciously. Albert Einstein for example, was held at school for stupid and lazy. He was at school mostly just to daydream unless it was about physics and the cosmos. Then Albert was all ears. He threw himself into everything there was to find physics.
After studying Albert found it hard to find a job. Partly because he was not good at math. Eventually he found a job at the Swiss patent office where he had to assess inventions of others all day and could be given a patent on.
A monotonous, say boring job. It also frequently happened that Albert as day dreaming about physical positions or his fantasies physicist was drawing. So he spent his time. Reading about physics and connect this with his own fantasies.
On a day time he from his workplace at the clock on church tower outside and wondered if his perception of time would be different if he would move with the hand of the clock. And so arose the theory of relativity .
4- Finally, on creativity
So ask yourself again: Where am I obsessed? Where I want to use my creativity? How can I my life and the world in a positive change? Yes, but set the bar high for yourself. The higher the bar, the greater the effort, the better the result ….
