What do you have to lose? Nothing would think but actually very much for having lucid dreams you put an important first step to a happier, healthier and freer life. We have indeed a more comprehensive and effective 10 steps but this is for real enthusiasts.
People often have limited ideas about the value of their dreams. Even the German philosopher Friederich Nietzsche said about dreams:
“Dreams are the only true reality. They show without limitation what is really going on in your life. “
And the things German Friedrich was positive, were quite rare.
I use my dreams in all areas of my life. They let me see you and why we must act. What to learn lucid dreaming still adds an extra dimension is that in your lucid dream alike are able to take action.
Nevertheless learn lucid dreaming for some people, as opposed to the much less effective and exciting mindfulness , a far from their bed show. Why actually? It’s not rocket science. With the right commitment anyone can learn it.

Motivation is the key ingredient to become lucid.

- Why do you want lucid dreams?
- What is your target?
- How much discipline and perseverance you have?

- What makes you happier, healthier, more vulnerable and more powerful?
The right motivation can be found by answering one or all of the above questions. Remember: There is no right or wrong . You’re just looking for the answer to your lucid fire your enthusiasm, ignites.

The next step in learning lucid dreaming: Awareness. See what is really happening. This train your day. Several times a day you take the time to get fully aware of yourself.

- What do I see now?
- What I smell now?
- Where am I now?
- What I feel now?
and then conclude with: Am I dreaming or am I awake?
Or do the following: Keep your phone alarm go off several times a day. Say STOP. Then you stop what you’re doing ( if you can and it is safe ), close your eyes and say to yourself:
- See what you see now. (1 minute keep watching what interior sculpture dishes out)
- Hear what you hear. (Listen 1 minute)
- Feel what you feel now. (I feel minute)
- And then the most important question: Am I dreaming or am I awake? Convince yourself that you are dreaming. Determine aware what you see, hear and feel.
Might happen in the beginning not so much and think: why am I doing this? Do not worry. We all had but ultimately it helped to get us where we want to end up: in a lucid dream

3- Learn lucid dreaming: the four concrete steps … ..
Lucid dreaming learning begins with the right attitude but that “unfortunately” not enough. You have to train yourself in learning. Program your brains so that they know your dreams and lucid dreams are important. You do this through the following four steps:
Before you go to sleep, you speak of an intention: I want to dream and remember them. You speak your intent indeed not only. You should also feel your whole body to him.
Link your intention therefore to something that now plays in your life. Something you want to achieve really like or that you’d like from. The stronger the emotion, the stronger the intention . An example :
“I want to dream tonight because I want out of my inner anger is poisoning my relationships.”

At the end of each sleep cycle (you have about 5 or 6 per night for half an hour) you’ll be in REM sleep . After each REM sleep you wake up . Usually, you’re just not aware of because it is important. For this is the second best time when you remember your dreams.
The best time is in the middle of REM sleep because this period offers the liveliest, most colorful and most elaborate dreams.
Use this time So when you go to bed at 23:00, you set your alarm in the middle of such REM sleep. So at about 00:45 let you go off your alarm and then to 2.45, then to 4.45 and finally 6:45.
I can imagine that you are not able to jump to wake up four times a night. Choose sure to set off your alarm clock in the last REM sleep.
Why? REM sleep is an increasingly longer part of your sleep cycle. From 10 minutes REM sleep in the first cycle for more than one hour REM sleep in the last cycle. So here is most likely which you just come out of a dream and your dream can still remember .
Write your dream right on. Generate a notepad or notebook near your bed. Pronounce your phone is also an idea.
Now you have a rough version of your dream or dreams. This gonna work out now in your dream journal. For your dream journal, use a good script, a beautifully bound book or a special folder on your computer.
You use this script only for your dreams . Describe your dream here, down to the smallest detail. Anything you can remember. To do this, sit in a quiet place and float in mind back in your dream. Ask yourself questions like:
- Where am I?
- What do you see, hear, feel, smell or taste me?
- What is happening
- How do I behave?
- Why do I behave like this?
- Who am I really in this dream?
Write everything down. Even if it is as important to you come across. In the context of the dream may have great significance. Then you put:
- The date of the dream.
- Give the dream a title.
- Determine the dream theme of the dream. Do this with the shortest possible description. Preferably with a word such as: love, health, relationships or violence.
So you make sure you keep the number of topics and limited your list. Often a theme in several areas the same impact in your life but you see now not so.
