2- Why work out in your lucid dreams makes you an expert …

This article of  the Journal of Neurophysiology , an experiment described how our imagination can improve our performance. Just by them to imagine.

The participants were divided into three groups:

1- The first group was asked to bring a finger on their left and relax again. Five days a week for an hour and for a period of 4 weeks.

2- A second group had to do the same exercise. Not only physically but mentally. So they only imagined they did.

3- The third group was a control group, which did nothing to do.

At the end of the experiment, the scientists compared the results from one group to the control group. In this group that really did the exercises, there was an increase in muscle strength in the finger of 30% compared to the control group. In itself not so startling.

What is startling is that the second group, who had been only mental exercise, showed an increase in muscle strength compared with the control group of less than 22%. Just think about it if you suffer with your sweaty head is in the gym.

We train our skills so already by imagining them. In the knowledge that lucid dreaming takes place at a level where our images are the liveliest, most realistic and feasible, you know very well that lucid dreaming is the way to train yourself and to peak at what you prefer.
