The lucid dreaming possibilities are limitless. In your lucid dream you decide what you want to solve. Or what you experience. If of course you are able to remain lucid.

Part 1 -The nightmare

3 How to use this method …
Speaking about overcoming evil dreams but it could also be that you are being bullied by another painful past event.
