From a study by Dr. Eric J. Kerzirian from California has found that snoring people burn more calories than people who do not snore. For the study, 212 adults with snoring problems have been investigated. The study found that adults who seriously snore burned about 2,000 calories. These are almost 400 calories more than people who snore lightly. The more and the heavier a person snores, the stronger this effect of calorie burn. Even in rest, they burn more calories. This can be explained by the nervous system becoming more active by snoring.This does not only take place during sleep, but also in rest for calorie burn.
Learning to snore?
